Built in the heart of the village of St Estephe, located in the Périgord Regional Park in the Limousin, this huge 15th century is a wonderful example of the history of the Périgord. Every room, every stone reflects the history of our ancestors – and is waiting for someone to ‘love’ it back to its former glory.
The tour of this 12473m² plot begins with the landscaped courtyard with French garden. We can admire the façade of this building, with its mullioned windows and sculptures on top of the entrance doors.
The main house comprises, on the ground floor, a large entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, two toilets, a workshop with fireplace, and a boiler room with a working bread oven.
Upstairs there is a dining room with original wooden floor and large stone fireplace, a kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Also an office with a fireplace and a living room with a stone fireplace decorated with a sculpture.
